how to solve android app not install issue.

1.  uninstall app, then install app

2. file corruption  ,  get a new file and see if it will work. If same thing happen then it is probably not the file corruption problems.

3. not enough space ,  you can check this by downloading  app from google play or you can go to file manager, click the arrow button and it will tell you how much free space you have.

4. permission denied ,  go to the app and check it info and then enabled the permission.  in this case you have to enable all permission.

5. version of the app is different version of the android may cause the problem.  Download app from google play store, it could be apk Editor pro or apk parser pro.  Modify the version and see how it goes.

6. clear cache and clear data and then try to install.

I think one of this should fix the problem.
